3. Uso aceptable
Está prohibido usar el Servicio para:
- alojar o difundir contenido ilegal, o que infrinja derechos de terceros (propiedad intelectual, privacidad, imagen…);
- phishing, malware, fraude o suplantación de personas u organizaciones;
- atacar, sobrecargar o intentar acceder sin autorización a sistemas propios o ajenos, incluido el propio Servicio (DoS, escaneo masivo, elusión de límites);
- actuar como proxy, redirector o infraestructura de campañas de spam o abuso;
- almacenar datos personales de terceros, secretos, credenciales o información sensible: los endpoints son públicos salvo que los protejas con una API key, y aun así no están pensados como almacén seguro;
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
By signing in or using My Custom API at mycustomapi.online (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
My Custom API lets you create public HTTP endpoints that return content you define (body, status, format, headers and latency), manage them from a dashboard or via API, and optionally protect them with API keys. It is a free, general-purpose service for testing, prototyping and mocks.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your personal token and API keys as safe as passwords. If you think they leaked, revoke or regenerate them from the dashboard.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- host or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, likeness…);
- phishing, malware, fraud or impersonation of people or organizations;
- attack, overload or attempt unauthorized access to your own or others’ systems, including the Service itself (DoS, mass scanning, bypassing limits);
- act as a proxy, redirector or infrastructure for spam or abuse campaigns;
- store third parties’ personal data, secrets, credentials or sensitive information: endpoints are public unless you protect them with an API key, and even then they are not meant to be secure storage;
- serve as the production backend of critical applications, or of anything people or businesses depend on without an alternative.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create. You grant us the permission needed to store and serve it according to your configuration. You are solely responsible for that content and what happens with it. We may remove or block content or accounts that breach these terms or pose a risk to the Service or third parties, with or without notice.
5. Availability and limits
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of continuity, performance or error-free operation. There may be interruptions, usage limits (for example a 10 s maximum latency, response sizes or number of keys), and changes to or shutdown of the Service. Back up what matters to you: we do not guarantee data retention.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits or interruptions arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. As the Service is free, the operator’s total liability is limited, where the law allows, to €0. Nothing above excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or affects the rights the law grants to consumers.
7. Open source and your own instance
The Service’s source code is open source and available on GitHub under the license stated in the repository. These terms govern use of the instance hosted at mycustomapi.online; they do not apply to instances deployed by third parties, which are the responsibility of whoever operates them.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms. The date above shows the latest version and the history is public in the repository. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the operator’s country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you. For any question, open an issue at https://github.com/JorgeRZT/my-custom-api/issues.
